Wedding Cake Pricing
Consultation
After filling out our contact form, we will discuss details via email or phone. It is helpful to have your event details prior to our consultation, such as venue, flowers and colors, theme or inspiration. These details are very helpful in creating a cake design that fits your vision for your big day!
I will send a proposal and vision board reflecting the styles/themes/colors discussed. From there, exact cake designs will be defined and contract will be drawn up. Order/Date is not guaranteed until contract is signed & deposit is collected.
Pricing
Wedding cakes are charged per serving/guest. Tiered wedding cakes range from $6-$12 per serving/guest ($6 per slice would be a plain white buttercream tiered cake with no added decorations), increasing in price based on complexity of the design and difficulty of execution. Many clients choose designs at $7 to $10 per serving. Minimum wedding cake orders start at $700 for servings for 100 guests or more.
Handmade sugar flowers are priced per stem based on complexity of the flower and range from $5- $25 per stem.
Custom fondant cake toppers range from $25-$100 based on complexity and execution of design.
Cake Tastings
Cake tastings are offered by appointment only and the cost is $25. All cakes are baked fresh for your tasting. You have the option of choosing up to three cake flavors to sample. The consultation lasts up to 1 hour, which gives us enough time to discuss your design ideas. If you need to cancel, I ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you choose to move forward with your cake order, we will deduct the $25 fee from your final balance.

Along with the style inspiration, the following details will also help in the design process:
Proposal / Quote
Within 3-5 business days after the consultation, I will email you a proposal with design for your approval. This quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is sent. Once final details are confirmed, a contract & invoice for deposit will be issued.
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to hold your event date. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Payment plans are available if you would like to pay in installments.
Delivery
A fee is applied for all deliveries. Fee varies depending on location. We do not deliver more than 30 miles away from our location.

- Budget – Serving size, design, and additional details will affect the final cost of the cake.
- Number of guests – this will determine the number of tiers needed, and accounts for most of the cost of your cake. You have the option of adding faux tiers to the cake for a grander look without the excess cake servings & cost.
- Custom Sugar Work - custom fondant toppers or sugar flowers are hand made especially for you, and will add to the final cost
